After delivery: no returns
Once a tobacco product has been handed over to you (by the courier or at pickup), it can't be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Returns and refunds
Tobacco products are not returned or exchanged once they are in your hands. Until then, you can change your mind.
On the way: full refund
While the order is being prepared or is on its way to you, you can cancel it. Call or write to us before the courier hands it over, and we refund the full amount.
Check at handover
Look at the order when the courier arrives. If an item is damaged or not what you ordered, don't accept it: we replace it or refund it.
How the money comes back
Card payments are refunded to the same card through Ameriabank; the bank usually takes a few working days. If you pay on delivery, nothing is charged for a cancelled order.
Cancel or refund an order
Call us before the courier hands the order over: we cancel it and refund the full amount.
